The Walgreens Ready Response representative informed me that there is a 7 day return period and no charge is made until the system is activated. Their average response time is "within seconds" and their customer service line is available 24/7 to handle any problems/questions outside the scope of the med alert. They replace batteries/troubled units at no cost and cover shipping/handling fees for returns after termination. There is no contract but they require a 30 day termination notice - which is essentially a 30 day contract. The unit includes a separate dedicated wall mounted button intended for the bathroom. They offer 24/7 Spanish speakers at their call centers. All call center staff undergo background checks in addition to training and monitoring. Payments can be made by credit card, bank card or direct withdrawal.
